Ethical code

Città Studi S.p.A., has implemented its own Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 and and subsequent amendments composed of: a General Part, a Special Part and an Ethical Code.

The Ethical Code contains the ethical standards (and their inspiring principles) that Città Studi, in carrying out its activities, intends to observe in addition to the compliance with the law and the regulations in force.

The Ethical Code is applicable to all the people who work for Città Studi: employees, directors and collaborators under different titles and wants to express the commitments and ethical responsibilities assumed by those who, in various ways, collaborate in the achievement of the goals of Città Studi, towards different stakeholders

Each person who works or who collaborates with Città Studi, is therefore required to act in accordance with the prescriptions contained in the aforementioned Ethical Code.

Below, the summary of the guiding principles and contents of the Ethical Code itself.

In carrying out its activities, Città Studi Biella undertakes to observe the following principles:

Directors, employees and collaborators must observe the following principles:
  • Professionalism
  • Honesty
  • Fairness
  • Loyalty
  • Resolution of conflict of interest
  • Confidentiality

 

Città Studi, as part of its Ethical Code, has established criteria of conduct regarding:

  • Relationship with the staff
  • Staff duties
  • Relationship with customers
  • Relations with suppliers
  • Relations with the institution’s capital holder
  • Relations with public administration
  • Relations with the general public
Lastly, within the framework of the Ethical Code, the following are defined:
  • Application mechanisms of the Ethical Code
  • Disciplinary measures following violations of the Ethical Code
  • Operational procedures and decision-making protocols
  • Principles of behavior to be followed
